Holy Family Hospital Muthalakodam, Thodupuzha, Idukki, is a leading multi-speciality hospital & Kidney transplantation center, offering advanced medical and surgical care combining speciality services as well. Founded in 1971, this is rapidly growing hospital system in the suburbs of Thodupuzha in Kerala. We are committed to delivering healthcare on standards prescribed for catholic hospitals in India. We are resolved to engage ourselves in the healing ministry of JESUS Christ just by delivering compassionate, high quality and affordable healthcare in an environment that is tuned to patients physical and spiritual needs. Currently we have Nearly 300 inpatient beds and more than 800 outpatients visit us daily under various faculties for consultation. Our mode of treatment is based on high values like honouring human dignity, ensuring justice and excellence. We make every possible bid to bring all specialities and introduce the latest global innovative technology in healthcare management in fulfilment of our mission.

Management
Holy Family Hospital is owned and managed by Jyothi Province, Sacred Heart Congregation,Kothamangalam. The hospital administration is under the guidance of Holy Family Hospital Trust. Trust entrust manager as the care taker of the hospital and Administrator is the key person in the administration and management of Holy Family Hospital.
Our sole aim here is to work for the improvement of health standards of individuals, family and community. We are a religious order within the Catholic Church. Our charism is mainly focused on the development and education of the marginalized in the society. We were founded by the Venerable Rev. Fr. Mathew Kadalikattil in the year 1911. Holding the gospel values fast, we work among the poor, mentally distorted, retarded and the suppressed in our society. With this goal we conduct several institutes across in India and abroad. Hospital ministry is one of our activities to profess our social commitment. Our other ministries include education in schools, organizing
rehabilitation centres, small scale industries for the marginalized and mission activities. The patient care of Holy family Hospital is enriched by its own teaching institutions- Holy Family College of Nursing and Holy Family School of nursing; the later is offering undergraduate and post graduate programs in nursing.
