Dietetics is the science or art of applying the principles of nutrition to the diet. The department of Nutrition and Dietetics in Holy Family Hospital was established in the year of 2002.
The department is committed to provide normal and therapeutic nutritional needs of patients by providing : -
Diet counseling (OP & IP) for various conditions like obesity, diabetics, pre diabetes, GDM, Gout, BP, Heart conditions, Liver & Kidney diseases & Tube feeding etc.
Supervise the therapeutic diets according to the patients clinical conditions. Hospital kitchen run by professional caters, serve a balanced diet for in-patients.
